​Return & Exchange Policy

          

• Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.

• All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused.

• If the product does not agree with you, the returned product must be less than 20% used upon return to us and within 21 days of delivery.

 

For all Returns

• Call Head Office on 1300 768 433 to approve return before sending back.

• Returns must be made within 21 days of delivery and is at the cost of the customer.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that Nisim Australia deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned time frame.

• Nisim Australia takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.

 

Please note: all returns are at your own discretion, Nisim Australia will not pay for your return.

1. Upon approval, Head Office will issue your return with a reference number.

2. Attach a copy of your invoice with the reference number into the parcel.

3. Include brief details of return.

4. Send to:

5. Once we have received the returned product/s and it has been assessed as acceptable, either an exchange can be   processed or a refund will be issued.
