Both formulas have been formulated to work equally as well.
While you can use either extract it is suggested that the Original formula be used on more oily hair & scalps and the Gel formula to be used on dry hair & scalps (due to the reduced alcohol content).

The answer is no! Biofactors Stimulating Extract is not a product you have to use for the rest of your life.
When you have achieved the desired results (typically 18-24 months) you can discontinue the use of the Extract and maintain your healthy hair using only the Nisim Shampoo.
Nisim NewHair Biofactors® was clinically tested through a longitudinal study with 148 male participants with varying degrees of baldness. First, the participants were photographed and initial hair counts were done in a 2.5 cm circular section of the balding area. After five months of treatment with the hair and scalp extract the same participants were once again photographed and hair counts were conducted on the same area as previously done. The results of this test were exceptional. 85.7% of the participants had an increase in their terminal hairs of 30% or greater and 40.8% of the study group had an increase of 100% or greater (i.e. doubling, tripling, or more).
